Seghesio Family Vineyards
14730 Grove Street, Healdsburg, CA, 95448 [ map ]
Edoardo Seghesio planted his first zinfandel vineyard in Sonoma County's Alexander Valley in 1895. Since then, four generations of the Seghesio family have tended over 400 acres of vineyards in Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys.True to Grandpa's vision, the family produces award-winning Zinfandel and Italian varietals at the hands of winemaker, Ted Seghesio.Nestled in Healdsburg, the winery is in the heart of Sonoma's wine country where the vineyards of Alexander Valley, Dry Creek and Russian River meet. There, the Seghesio family shares their uncommon ground with daily tastings, weekend wine pairings with family recipes and a wine club they consider family.
Tastings are hosted daily overlooking the barrels in California's historic 56th bonded winery. Linger in the picnic grove or, try your hand at Bocce beneath our cork tree. With luck, your visit will coincide with one of the family elders for stories, recipes and great photos.
